DELIVERY POLICY

We aim to deliver all items within 3-4 working days from the date of purchase. 

We use couriers that offer an efficient service across the UK. Every attempt is made by ourselves and the couriers to ensure your order is with you as quickly and efficiently as possible.  

All of our products are held in the UK for delivery.

Once your order is packed and ready to be dispatched, we will send you the shipment notification email.

The dispatch notification email has the delivery tracking code, which you can use on the Couriers website to identify the current location and status of your parcel.

Please note, we dispatch items from either our own warehouse or from our UK partner locations, so if your order contains multiple items they may arrive separately.  We will advise you if this is the case.  

All of our products are dispatched from within the UK so they are typically delivered within 3-4 days to UK mainland.

REFUND POLICY

Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product purchased from our website, you may return it under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for the return of products are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items older than 30 days that have been used or opened which are not found to be faulty
  • Perishable items such as bait or foodstuffs which have an expiration date
  • Unwanted items outside of the 30 days return window

Returns:

  • Conditions: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and labels intact. Any items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Time Frame: Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Without this, we will not be able to process your refund or exchange.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@carp.com. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for return. Our team will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer service team at exchanges@carp.com
